Reporting Child Abuse: (WAC 388-295-6040) Child abuse will be reported immediately when the licensee or staff member has reason to suspect the occurrence of physical, sexual, or emotional child abuse, or child exploitation as required under chapter 26.44 RCW. A call will be placed to Child Protective Services or local law enforcement. |
