Parent Teacher Fellowship PTF are parent groups whose purpose is to lift and support teachers and staff at RCS. PTF is under the supervision of the administrator and is answerable to both the administrator and the district school board. It is not a policy or decision making group. Policies and decisions are the responsibility of the district school board. |
