Rainier Christian Schools
welcomes resumes, cover letters, reference letters, etc.
from any and all persons interested in becoming a part of
our ministry.
However, the normal
hiring process starts with Rainier Christian Schools
identifying a job opening and posting it on the Rainier
Christian Schools website. Job openings may also be listed
in campus newsletters and other job placement services
(e.g.,
ACSI,
Intercristo, college campuses, etc.).
Rainier Christian Schools
then encourages eligible candidates to submit a resume and
cover letter.
If
it is decided that Rainier Christian Schools would like to
pursue a candidate further, then an application and/or
interview (telephone and/or face-to-face) may be requested.
The
completion of a job application is not necessary until
requested by Rainier Christian Schools. If Rainier
Christian Schools determines that an application is desired,
then an application form will be provided to the candidate.
Please understand that Rainier Christian Schools receives
hundreds of inquiries, resumes and/or cover letters
throughout the year. Resumes that are not “linked” to a
specific job opening will be maintained for a limited period
of time. However, it is recommended that candidates
re-submit their resume for specific job openings that should
subsequently arise.
Questions related to the preliminary hiring process can be
directed to
rcsd@rainiercsd.org. If, and as, a candidate moves
further along in the hiring process, then subsequent
questions can be directed to the Rainier Christian Schools
person (e.g., principal) leading the hiring decision.
